Bratexco provides management, marketing, administrative and consulting services at varying levels to its clients: Sharp Reflections, Quantico Energy Solutions, Iraya Energies, Maritim Management and SAT-OCEAN. Bratexco has a joint venture with GXT to run a processing center which started its operating in early 2011 to provide advanced imaging services to E&P companies, with Ovation Data on data management solutions for customers and with Geotek on equipment sales and services to science and industry worldwide.

Administrative Assignments

Form a Brazilian subsidiary company and register with the correct Governmental authorities. Obtain the correct licenses to allow the company to initiate operations.

Marketing

Alert clients to bids that match the services they provide. Assist in the preparation and submission of bids. Promote your company to clients in the Brazilian market.

Logistics

Assist with the hiring of locally based personnel. Provide assistance to obtain the necessary Visas for overseas based personnel.

Financial Administration

Administer all local Financial & Accounting operations and reporting. Oversee and administer all banking requirements in Brazil.
